Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions set out below. When you make a booking with Equilibre Holistic Therapy, you the client are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and Late Cancellation Policy.

These terms and conditions apply to both one-off and bespoke treatment plans, booked with Equilibre Holistic Therapy.

All clients will need to pay a deposit to confirm their appointment date and time, £20.00. For bespoke treatment plans the deposit will be £35.00 and goes towards the last appointment of the plan. Therefore, full payment is required for the first appointment.

Payment is by cash or BACS

If a telephone/face to face consultation is required, a fee of £20.00 is applicable, for 20 minutes.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Equilibre Holistic Therapy maybe, unable to provide the full length of your treatment. But full payment of the treatment booked is still required. Due to the business having subsequent appointments.

If clients have had cosmetic surgery and are wishing to book Lymphatic Drainage Massage a letter will be required from your surgeon before treatment can commence. The same applies for all medical conditions. A GP or Consultant permission letter will therefore, be required before any treatments can proceed.

Equilibre Holistic Therapy asks that underwear is always worn during all massage treatments. No exceptions.

Please read the terms and conditions before booking your appointment. As making a booking with Equilibre Holistic Therapy, it is assumed that you are fully aware of this policy and confirmed.

Equilibre Holistic Therapy have the right to refuse any treatment if a client is:

  1. Physically or verbally abusive
  2. Demonstrates inappropriate or aggressive behaviour
  3. Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
  4. Therefore, forfeiting your rights to claim a refund if your treatment is terminated before or during the appointment. Due to the above.

Cancellation or No-Show Policy

Equilibre Holistic Therapy understands that sometimes schedules may change and therefore requests at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If a client cancels or is classed as a “no show” with less than 24 hours’ notice given, you will incur the full charge of the treatment.

When you book an appointment with Equilibre Holistic Therapy, that time is set aside for you. Missed appointments/no shows prevent the business from accommodating other clients. There is a cost to the business for late cancellations and no shows.

Debt recovery costs
Equilibre Holistic Therapy will invoice for late cancellations and no shows. Currently the law states that EHT may also recovery the business admin charge and debt recovery cost.

Questions relating to your medical history and lifestyle at the time of booking needs to be accurate. As some medical conditions are contraindicated.
