Hello, my name is Patricia Stenner and this is my website...

I am a fully qualified Holistic/Complimentary Therapist working in Bristol and the surrounding areas. At Equilibre Holistic Therapy we offer a range of massage treatments all available from our treatment room in Bristol.  I like to think that I offer my clients something unique and different; by this I mean taking into account YOU as a person and tailoring a treatment to suit your requirements.  This could be a mixture of treatments i.e 1hours session, with 30 minutes Reiki followed by 30 minutes of Reflexology.

Whilst training I gained experience in the College's Clinic sessions and volunteering at Southmead Hospital (Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis) Unit.  Holista (support for Colostomy, Ileostomy, and Urostomy).  Asian Day Care Centre, Rethink and Multiple Sclerosis. Deerhurst Nursing Home and also working with Sports Injuries, Tennis Elbow, Skin Splints, Groin Sprains, torn Ligaments etc...
